What happens when you die?

So, what happens when you've got your online business, income from multiple sources, and then you die?

My guess is that if you accumulate assets online, it's worth putting in your will what you want to happen. I think this kind of thing is still sort of 'wild, wild west,' so better to take care of business planning what happens to it once you pass on. But if it's something that requires your presence to always be running, I guess the income would trickle and end eventually, and then I suppose someone could buy up your sites or whatever.
