Superman's breakfast

This is what I have for breakfast :

PROTEIN BAR :

8 heaped tablespoons of oats
2 heaped teaspoons of peanuts
2 heaped teaspoons of sunflower seeds
2 heaped teaspoons of pumpkin seeds
1 heaped teaspoon of goji berries

Blend, mix with water or milk and chocolate spread and honey, put in a small plastic container, put it in the fridge, slice it.

SMOOTHIE :

6 heaped tablespoons of kale (or 4 of kale and 4 of spinach)
1/2 a celery stick
A brocolli floret or two
1/2 an apple (unpeeled, just take out the seeds)
1/4 an orange 9all of it, everything, minus the seeds)
1/8 a lemon (all minus the seeds)
20 blueberries
10 raspberries
A chunk of ginger
Green tea

Throw it all in a blender, add a bit of water to get the right consistency, pour in a bottle and put it in the fridge.

And a banana.


Can it get any better than that?
